You can read the latest updates on www.blogeclectic.com without actually logging on to the site. This website uses an RSS feed which means that updates to Blogeclective can be delivered directly to your computer.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and it allows websites to provide updates via a feed. Users can read the updates in the form of a headline and synopsis and click on the link if they want to read the full piece.
To use RSS, begin by selecting a news reader, sometimes known as a feed reader. There are lots to chose from, including Feedreader, which I use and is free. You may also want to consider using a browser-based reader, such as Mozilla. Click here to view a list of news readers and reviews.
To add the RSS feed for www.blogeclectic.com to your news reader, cut and paste the link from the the RSS page and paste it into your new reader software. Some readers use a click-and-drag approach to adding feeds, but all come with instructions.
If you are unclear about how to add this feed to your news reader, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
